Take a Hike+That Message From Yakima’s City Council+ Yakima Valley Publishing Expands

  

   The Yakima City Council wants more people to take advantage of the miles of paths in and aroud the city. The council wants  to improve signage on the paths to help attract tourist and even localsl to utilize the miles of pathways.  Yakima City Manager Tony O’Rourke will be on “The Mike Bastinelli Show” to talk about how the city will begin to look for funding for the project.  O’Rourke will also talk about other city initiatives.    Last week Yakima Valley Publishing purchased 5 local newspapers and today we will talk to Publisher Bruce Smith about the purchase and about his Yakima Valley Business Times.  “The Mike Bastinelli Show” from 3 to 6 this afternoon on AM 1280 and FM 99.3 Newstalk KIT.
