On State Route 823, a 22-year-old Selah woman was killed and another seriously injured in a crash early Sunday morning. State patrol troopers say Angelica Lavon McClellan was driving North in the Southbound lanes at Golf Course Loop when she collided head-on with a tractor trailer

  The Washington State Patrol has identified the trooper shot and killed near Port Orchard early this morning as 44-year old Tony Radulescu, assigned to the state patrol office in Bremerton.
 Trooper Radulescu was a 16 year veteran of the agency, having begun state service in December of 1995
