Lower Valley Car Crash Takes Two Lives
October 22, 2012 The Washington State Patrol blames a fatal crash in Prosser Saturday on neglect. A mother and daughter died in the crash reported afternoon on State Route 22 at Richards Road. A pickup truck crossed the center line and crashed into the vehicle of 44-year-old Llda (Ida) Islas and 14-year-old Alejandra Islas, both from Prosser who died at the scene
