possible kidnapping

Moxee Police are warning of a man who tried to lure a child into his car last Thursday. Authorities say a 13-year-old boy was walking in the 8,000 block of Postma road just before 3:00 p.m. last Thursday afternoon when a man in a car yelled at the child and tried to get his attention.
