Ex-Pasco Official Sentenced to Prison for Embezzlement
TRI-CITIES, Wash. (AP) — The former director of the Downtown Pasco Development Authority who admitted to embezzling more than $90,000 from the agency has been sentenced to one year in prison.
The Tri-City Herald reports that Michael Goins was sentenced Tuesday after pleading guilty to theft as part of a plea deal.
