Police say the 27-year-old father and his girlfriend were dancing at the Cinco De Mayo Festival on Yakima Avenue Saturday when the suspect walked into the dance area and grabbed the child and ran off.

Members of the U.S. Marshals Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force (PNVOTF) with assistance from the FBI Violent Crimes and Pasco Police Department Street Crimes Unit arrested 20-year-old Jaime Miranda and 20-year-ol Kameron Mullaly in Pasco.

Police say it happened at about 3:15 p.m. Tuesday after the man was taken into the security office.
