Man Gets 32 Years For Killing Child’s Mother in Kennewick
TRI-CITIES, Wash. (AP) — A man charged with fatally shooting a woman inside a vehicle in Kennewick on Christmas Eve while their young child was in the back seat has been sentenced to 32 years in prison.
The Tri-City Herald reports that 20-year-old Francisco Munoz Quintero was sentenced Monday after being found guilty of second-degree murder and other charges in the death of 22-year-old Luisa Garci
