Yakima County Prosecuting Attorney Joe Brusic today announced the final chapter of a two-year investigation into the death of 23-month-old Sadie Rivera. Twenty-four-year-old David Andrew Holbrook, who earlier pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter, was today sentenced to 8 1/2 years in prison.
