Yakima City Bus Fares May be on The Rise
Bus fares in the city of Yakima may be on the rise if the city council votes in favor of an increase Tuesday night. City leaders say it's only the second proposed increase in fares in the last 30 years. Under the proposal, fares would rise from 75 cents to a dollar for single riders the cost for children would increase from 50 to 75 cents and disabled rider cost would increase from 35 to 50 cents.
