One of the events, which so many of us look forward to each year, is the 4th of July festivities at State Fair Park. Well. it's coming back in a big way this year and there's so much fun to be had, it's going to take THREE DAYS of fabulous fun to take it all in!
The Central Washington State Fair, events such as the 4th of July fireworks & festivities, and a return of a drive-in food festival, all have an official go-ahead to help this community to get back to normal.
Tomorrow is the 4th of July and the Yakima County Sheriff’s Office is issuing a reminder:

State Fire Marshal Charles M. Duffy announced today that the number of retail fireworks stand licenses issued in 2012 is down 4.2 percent, or 39 licenses, from 2011. A state license is required before a city or county can issue a permit to operate a fireworks stand in Washington...
