Suspicious Device Leads to Bomb Scare at Legends Casino
Legends Casino in Toppenish has been closed as a bomb squad investigates a suspicious device found near the casino. This morning the device was found in a garbage can outside the main entrance of the casino. That led to a lockdown at the casino. Patrons and 150 employees were evacuated through a side door of the building on Fort Road while other tribal offices and facilities across the street were placed on lock down. A bomb squad from the Tri Cities arrived at the site this afternoon and is working on the device.
