Legends Casino was closed Tuesday because of a suspicious device found near the front entrance.  The device, found in a garbage can tuned out to be a piece of pipe. That , according to the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in Seattle. The pipe had no igniter and didn't contain any explosives.  Legends officials say they closed the casino as a precaution on Tuesday.

The pipe that had been removed by a robot operated by a Washington State Patrol bomb squad based in the Tri-Cities.

At the scene were officers and agents with the FBI, ATF, Yakima County Sheriff’s Office and Yakama Tribal Police Department.
