Surprise Marriage Proposal at Downtown Summer Nights in Yakima

Downtown Summer Nights is a weekly block party each Thursday night in Yakima. It features live music, great food, good people and, on August 1st, it featured a live marriage proposal!

The guys on stage (Dave Ettl and Brian Teegarden) were part of the set-up. To get Jamie Gipson (the victim) on stage, they said she was chosen to win 'the trip of a lifetime', and what a trip it's going to be!

As soon as she noticed her boyfriend, Drew Grant, she knew what was coming next saying, "Yes! I already say yes, I already say yes!"

And so it begins, the trip of a lifetime.
