A new study is out that shows not enough women and minorities are judges in state courts. The study from the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy. It gives Washington State a "D" grade for its gap between state demographics and the race and gender makeup of judges in Washington State. The study says white males are 34 percent of the state population but they make up 56 percent of judges in Washington State.
