The two suspects in the Nob Hill Boulevard crash that injured a woman and her son have been charged with vehicular assault.

Everardo Jaime-Nava, 23, and Jose Badillo Ramirez, 18, were charged Tuesday with two counts each of vehicular assault.

Police said Jaime and Badillo were racing each other Thursday when Jaime's Jeep Cherokee broadsided the driver’s side of De'von Parks Toyota Corolla as she was leaving the Burger King and Nob Hill.

De'von spent four days in the hospital recovering from multiple injuries. Her 4 year old son Anthony was knocked unconscious. He's now recovering from a concussion.
