The Washington State Nurses Association, which represents nurses in Yakima and across the state is fully engaged in the gathering of information about Ebola. But Heather Stephen-Selby the Assistant Executive Director of the association says they need answers from the Centers For Disease Control. She says a survey of nurses across the state shows they're concerned. "75% of nurses are saying they don't know about a plan or they haven't heard about a plan in their current medical facility." And she says about 80% are saying they feel they're not prepared to deal with an Ebola patient. She says the association, which represents 16,000 nurses across the state is working with local hospital and county health districts and nurses and it's fully engaged in the concern and gathering of information about Ebola.
