If you are going to be in business you are going to pay taxes for the privilege and as a business owner in Washington, it’s your  responsibility to know which taxes to report.In a press release, the Washington State Department of Revenue (Revenue) announce a little help.

Washington State Department of Revenue is hosting a free workshop for new and small business owners in Yakima on June 10, 2015.

Participants will learn about Washington excise taxes, reporting classifications, deductions, tax incentives, sales tax collection and record-keeping requirements. Attendees receive a workbook and helpful reference guide to Revenue’s rules and regulations. Also, attendees may earn one continuing professional education (CPE) credit.
