SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — Spokane County's busiest marijuana store has been robbed in what law enforcement officers are calling a "takeover-style" crime.

The store is called Greenlight and is located in the suburb of Millwood. It routinely reports sales of around $20,000 daily to the Washington Liquor and Cannabis Board.

General Manager Brandon Mulvey says two people came into the store armed with guns, handcuffs and zip ties at closing time Monday night.

The Spokesman-Review reports that two employees and a customer were bound inside the store while the robbery occurred. No one was injured.

An undisclosed amount of cash and marijuana was taken.

Mulvey says it's the first time the store has experienced any criminal activity since opening in September.
