So you just celebrated your child’s high school graduation. Congratulations. After a summer job he or she or they will be off to college to prepare for life.  SO here’s a tip for those college days to come.

According to a new study as reported by CNN, consistency is the key and by consistency they mean time to sleep and time to rise.  Translation: staying up late to cram for an early exam may not do your college students any good.

The new study found that not only were college students who failed to establish a consistent sleep schedule more likely to get lower grades, there were significant differences in grade point averages between the regular and irregular sleepers.
