Sheriff Looking for Failed Break-In Suspects

KIT

A husband and wife woke to the sounds of two robbers in their home late Thursday night.

After hearing their front door opening, the wife found two suspects inside their living room. She began to throw random objects at the two men.

Her screams alerted her husband who grabbed his pistol and confronted the two men. One shot was fired but no one was hurt.

The suspects exited the home back through the front door.

Police arrived after the suspects had fled but found tire tracks indicating the suspects fled in a car.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Yakima Sheriff’s office at 509-574-2500.
