Shades-Check Attitude-Check Theme Song-You Betcha

If you are a regular listener to the Morning News you know most of our guests and bits have a theme song. We especially like the fact that the Chief of Police, Dominic Rizzi Jr., chose his own song and went with the classic rock monster “Thunderstruck” by AC/DC. Well played Chief!But how about you? Do you have a personal theme song? A psychologist says "yes you do" according to our show prep material.

Think back to your 18^th birthday. What song was Number One on the Billboards charts? Whatever it was, that’s your theme song. Oh NO!!! Mine is "Close To You" by the Carpenters!!! That Can't be! I thought it was going to be "Dirty White Boy" by Foreigner!

Turning 18 is a big deal…legally an adult, you are eligible to vote, drive, make decisions, enlist…but not drink. Maybe I wanted to be "Close To You" because you had the beer! Sadly, I just can't remember....

Such a pivotal milestone deserves a theme song….so, what was coming out of your radio at number one when you turned 18? What's your theme song?
