After a military chopper flyover to get things started, you wouldn't have thought Saturday's (May 20) Selah Community Days parade could go much higher.

But you'd have thought wrong.

With crowds packing Jim Clements Way, waves of marching bands, waving princesses  and a long stream of floats and rides representing everything from the U.S. military to the Selah Police Department lifted the mood and raised the bar for Selah Community Days to come.
