Seahawks Running Back Makes Autistic Teen’s Prom Dream Come True [VIDEO]

A mother's love for her daughter and an NFL player's big heart will make sure that Taylor Kirkwood of Houston, Texas will have a prom that she'll never forget

Taylor Kirkwood, 18, of Anahuac High School, recently found out she'll be attending the prom with Seattle Seahawks player and former Texas A&M player, Christine Michael.

Taylor's mom, Stacie Holmes says that it's been rough for her daughter the last few years, and she wanted to do something nice for Taylor.

Taylor is not only autistic, but had scoliosis correction surgery two years ago.

Kirkwood was her high school's homecoming queen last fall.

How did all of this come about?

Turns out, Holmes' cousin went to West Brook High School in Beaumont with Michael, who's now a running back for the Super Bowl champions. They were good friends and when Michael told them he would take Taylor to prom, to say she was excited is an understatement.
