Last season's leading receiver will miss this Sunday's game in Detroit due to a high ankle sprain.

Doug Baldwin has had injury problems most of this season. He didn't play in the preseason due to a hamstring problem, and missed time with a shoulder injury. He has only 11 receptions this season, as compared with 25 last year.

Baldwin had two catches for 15 yards against the 49ers last week, but was injured while blocking on a special teams play when another player fell into his leg.

“Unfortunately, he’s going to be a couple of weeks away,”  Coach Pete Carroll said. “And that’s going to be a change for us because we were just getting him going and it felt like he was coming around.”

Baldwin said he was trying to stay positive, and rehab the injury.
