The Seattle Seahawks started another organized team activity session today at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center (VMAC) in Renton. It was back to work today for the Seattle Seahawks at the VMAC. Recently acquired tight end Kellen Winslow caught a half dozen passes during the two-hour practice   in only his third practice with the Seahawks after being acquired in a trade last week with the Buccaneers. Winslow caught passes from all three of the quarterbacks in competition for the starting job; Matt Flynn, Tavaris Jackson and Robert Wilson.

The Seahawks are also trying a variety of combinations on the offensive line.

Also, last week, we ran a story about the Seahawks signing former CWU receiver Justin Helwege. He was released yesterday, replaced on the roster by former Oklahoma receiver Cameron Kenny, who was in training camp last year with the San Diego Chargers.
