In fact, if you insist on texting and driving, you should go hang out in Montana, as it's the only state in the nation that does not ban at least some drivers from texting while behind the wheel.

Montana lawmakers have proposed legislation banning the use of cellphones while driving in recent years, but to no avail. Montana State Department of Transportation Director Mike Tooley says, "I am disappointed that once again we're last to take something regarding highway safety seriously."

Forty-four states ban texting while driving for everyone, a handful of others outlaw it only for young and/or inexperienced drivers and for bus drivers, and in Arizona only bus drivers are banned from cellphone use while driving. (Fox)
