Rock Creek Fire Now 90 Percent Contained

The Rock Creek Fire is now 90 percent contained with no growth overnight. The fire is still at 1,383 acres as it continues to burn on the Naches Ranger District. 224 firefighters, one helicopter and 12 fire engines remain on the fire lines. They're rehabilitating fire lines and repairing damage.  They say the focus Today is on the Northern flank. Firefighters are also tasked with monitoring the entire fire edge. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
