The Yakima repaving project continues with several sections of road closing between 8 am and 6 pm Monday through Thursday, 22nd to 25th.

Just when you thought the road work was completed, more cones and detours are put down for paving streets.

KNDO reports the closures are as follows: Washington Avenue between 1st Street and 14th Street; Fair Avenue between Knob Hill Boulevard and Pacific Street, as well as 64th Avenue from Occidental to Washington with 64th Avenue closing the evening of the 24th until 8 pm on the 25th.

This particular ongoing project costs the city $5 million and will be completed this fall.
