The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning in effect from 11:00 a.m. Thursday to 9:00 p.m. Friday. A Fed Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions exist and that there's a big potential for a wildfire. The warning is issued when there's a combination of strong winds, low relative humidity and warm temperatures that National Weather Service officials say can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
