It's another hot day on the firelines in Washington State. Weather forecasters say they're warning of the possibIlity of a wildfire in the southeast part of the state and northeast Oregon. Low humid windy conditions are expected this afternoon.
The red flag warning was issued earlier today and is in effect until 9p.m. The warning is for Yakima to the Tri-Cities to Walla Walla. The warning also applies to the Dalles, Hermistan and Pendleton Oregon. Firefighters are concerned because they expect gusty winds and Humidity as low as 13 percent. The area could see gusts of up to 35 mph. Forecasters say it's going to be hot for the next couple of days east of the Cascades with temperatures in the mid-80's to low 90's but no triple digit temperatures are expected.
