Read A Book At Yakima Public Library

Yakima's downtown public library will reopen today after being closed last week and under construction for more than four months. The renovations at the library began at the beginning of this year. They include moving the bathrooms upstairs, adding about 20 desktop computers, and expanding the children's area. The 1950's building has never been remodeled before. Total costs were close to $500,000.
