Property Dispute Results in Assault

A 31 year old man is under arrest for allegedly assaulting a man at a Selah home over the weekend.

Police say 50 year old Phillip Kennedy was found at his Selah home on Sunday suffering from numerous injuries including broken ribs. He's now at Harborview in Seattle. The suspect faced an assault charge on County Superior court on Tuesday. Authorities say the assault was the result of a property dispute.
