(AP) — You've heard of it raining cats and dogs But blunts and joints? A woman living near the U.S.-Mexico border says she was sleeping soundly when she heard what sounded like thunder. Thinking it was just another passing storm, Maya Donnelly she went back to sleep. When she woke up, the found something used for passing, all right — a package full of pot. The weed was encased in a bulky bundle wrapped in black plastic — and placed in a wooden box. No immediate word who it belonged to.
