-Florida Lawmakers approved the so-called "Pop-Tart" bill after an 8-year-old Maryland boy earned a suspension for biting a Pop-Tart into the shape of a gun last year. This is just one example of so called "zero tolerance," policies on guns in schools.  We will talk to Kirk Evans, a lawyer and president of U.S. Law Shield, which represents people in 2nd Amendment cases.

-A new music venue will be opening up in Yakima. Co-owner Michael Quinn will be on the show to talk about his vision and the new venue.
