Police Talking To Man With Knife At 3rd Avenue And Mead

Yakima Police have closed a portion of Mead Avenue near south 3rd Avenue because of a man who's sitting in his car with a knife in a parking lot in front of CWI Security. Earlier this morning police say the man threatened another person in the area and officers were called to the area. When they arrived the man refused to leave his vehicle. He's now sitting in the vehicle and police are talking to him. The area is closed as the incident continues.
