Police Searching for Suspects in Gas Station Robbery

Police are searching for two men who robbed a Yakima gas station at gunpoint Friday night on South Third Avenue.

Two unidentified men in black sweatshirts and sunglasses fled the scene after Yakima and Union Gap police were called around midnight.

The suspects were able to get away with cash, but nothing else was stolen.

Police were unable to locate the men when they arrived.

KNDO spoke with several local businesses nearby who declined to speak on camera but said the area is prone to these types of robberies.
