OK, this is different. Whenever the conversation is about healthy eating the word "pizza" is a no-show. So stop the presses, the UK Independent reports that a registered dietitian is favorably comparing a slice of pizza with your healthy morning bowl of cereal.

Chelsey Amer says "an average slice of pizza and a bowl of cereal with whole milk contain nearly the same amount of calories, and pizza packs a much larger protein punch, which will keep you full and boost satiety throughout the morning."

One knock on many cold cereals is the high amount of sugar they contain while a slice of pizza contains more fat and much less sugar than most cold cereals thus eliminating the quick sugar boost and crash.
