The results of a new study reported in the (Daily Mail) makes a pretty good case for why a personal parental plan might be in order!  The data shows the average adult spends eight hours and 21 minutes per day sleeping, and eight hours and 41 minutes on their devices.

Fifty one percent admit they spend more time checking emails and using the internet than they do eating breakfast (18%) or primping (32%.)  Sleep and energy experts recommend turning off all devices at least 60 to 90 minutes before going to sleep in order to give the mind time to wind down.
