You might have noticed the construction at the Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences. The medical school is expanding its Terrace Heights campus to handle more students. The five million dollar addition to Butler Haney Hall includes two large auditoriums, more classrooms and offices.

"Currently, now we have two classrooms, one is here in Butler Haney Hall, one is over at the Cadwell Student Center. The students are kind of-year one and two are split. And now that will bring them more together so you'll get more interaction between the students," said PNWU’s Director of Facilities Dave Warner.

So far, half-a-million dollars for the addition came from community donations. The project is expected to be finished by May.
