One Suspect Arrested, One On the Loose in Robbery

A 22-year-old man has been arrested and police are still looking for another man in an armed robbery reported at a convenience store in the 1800 block of East Nob Hill Boulevard just before 8:00 p.m. Sunday.

Police say the two suspects entered the store and one pulled out a handgun and demanded cash. The suspects grabbed the cash and ran from the store.

Yakima Police officers in the area were able to arrest the one suspect but the other got away.

The suspect who was arrested is being held in the Yakima County jail.
