Like Olaf the snowman in the movie frozen, Let’s take a moment to talk about Summer!

There is official Summer --  June 21st to September 23rd and then there is unofficial Summer -- Memorial Day to start and Labor Day to end.   One never changes, the other slides with where days fall on the calendar and this year the two days fell just right!  What that means is we get one extra week of unofficial Summer this year.

This year, Memorial Day is falling on its earliest possible date, and Labor Day is on its last possible date giving us all a glorious 15 weeks instead of the usual 14. The last time this happened was 2009, and it won't happen again til 2020. So soak up some sun this weekend!  (PopSci)
