The Yakima County Health District is working closely with hospital and doctors in providing the most updated information about the Ebola virus. Diane Bock the districts' Community Health Supervisor says the possibility of a case in the valley is rare but she it could happen. "We might have people doing mission work in other countries. So we really need to keep all the providers updated and make sure they ask the right questions especially about travel history." Bock says the health district acts as a information gathering place for hospital and doctors and then disperses that info and works closely with health care providers. She says just like other areas county officials want to make sure the area is as prepared as possible.
