Yakima County Prosecutor Joe Brusic won't be seeking the death penalty against a man accused of shooting two people at the Moneytree business in Yakima earlier this year. During a hearing in Yakima County Superior Court
Friday Brusic announced his decision. 26-year-old Manuel Verduzco of Selah is charged with two counts of aggravated first degree murder in the March 26 shooting at the Moneytree. Two employees were fatally shot. They're identified as Karina Morales-Rodriguez and Marta Martinez. Verduzco is being held without bail in the Yakima County jail.
