The Yakima County Coroner Jack Hawkins says he's trying to identify the body of a man found dead in a barn in Gleed last week. Detectives from the Yakima County Sheriff's office say the man who claimed to have found the body while digging in the barn knew it was there. That man who hasn't been identified has been named as a suspect.
An autopsy determined that the victim was at least 30 years old and had been shot to death. Hawkins is trying to identify him by using dental records.
And while the sheriff's office says there are at least two other people of interest in the case no arrests have been made.
