It's Nature's way.  Heading into fall, bears overeat to fatten up for winter.  But it's not my way so as fall comes on I can’t bear the thought of carry extra fat all winter long!  So, I’m on high alert for tips and ideas to cut belly fat .  Then today in our show prep material this list pops up.  Time to give them all a shot!

Nine food that are incredibly effective to burn belly fat:
1. Tomatoes. They taste good, are packed with antioxidants, reduce water retention and help produce leptin --a protein responsible for regulating your appetite and metabolism.

2. Watermelon. This sweet summer treat contains 91 percent water and removes excess fluids that contribute to belly fat .
  3. Papaya. This exotic fruit contains the enzyme papain, which helps break down food faster, flattens your belly and reduces bloating.
4. Mushrooms. They're chock full of fiber and will keep you feeling full for a long time.
5. Olive oil. This delicious oil contains a chemical called oleic acid, which breaks down excessive fat in the body and the monosaturated fats can help control blood sugar levels.
