The Yakima Valley's first destination brewery is almost finished.  The Bale Breaker Brewery on Birchfield Road in Moxee will open next Saturday with an all day open house and party.  In addition to the brewery , there's a one thousand square foot tap room, a large patio, and three acres of landscaped land with picnic tables for the public to enjoy.  Co-owner Kevin Smith says "The brewery is all done, the brew house is in and the first batch of IPA is finished." He also says "the outdoor space actually looks out over the hop fields, the brewery itself is surrounded on three sides with hop fields."  This is the first of its kind destination brewery and tap room in the middle of a major hop growing region. The grand opening is next Saturday.  The public unveiling of the beer will be next Friday, at Jacks-Sons on 48th, the Sports Center downtown, and the Silver Creek Bar and Grill in Moxee.
