Ten years of planning. 7 years of actual work. That's how much that has gone into renovation and expansion at Yakima's 34 acre Kiwanis park.   The latest addition, three baseball fields will be dedicated this Saturday.  Yakima City Spokesman Randy Beeler says a number of clubs have helped make the park what it is today. Those clubs are Rotary, Kiwanis and Lions.  The service clubs are expected to name each of the new fields for a deceased member of the community.  The improvements cost more than 3 million dollars with the city directly paying for less than half of that amount.
