A 19 year old man who shot two gang members near the Naches river earlier this month was charged with two counts of premeditated first degree murder Tuesday in county superior court.  Lameiro Flores is being held on 2 million dollars bail.  If convicted he'll face up to 20 years in prison.  The prosecutors say Flores walked up to the two known gang members and shot them multiple times. Authorities say he had been threatened in the past by 17-year old Jose Avilez and 18-year old Jobany Martinez, both who died along the banks of the Naches river near North 16 Avenue.  His trial is set for October 1.
