Murder Charge Leveled Against Outlook Man

An Outlook man faces first-degree murder charges after the death of a Sunnyside man.

Court papers show 29-year-old Robert Licea was in a car with several men when he was shot by a fellow gang member during a dispute over meth and hanging out with rival gang members.

31-year-old Anthony Snyder faces charges of first-degree murder and unlawful possession of a firearm.
