Here is the low-down on moo juice.  People who drink skim milk with their breakfast consume 9 percent fewer calories at lunch than those who have fruit juice.

That's right. Your breakfast can control your lunch. Here's how: Two groups of overweight volunteers were given toast, margarine and jam along with a beverage, with each meal containing the same number of calories.

Those who had milk ate fewer calories at lunch than those who had juice. Experts believe that milk was more satisfying since it contains more protein, which dials down hunger-related hormones better than carbohydrates or fats.

Also, milk is a little thicker than juice, making it feel more satisfying.

So we can still say milk does a body (and a body outline) good!
